Communities In & Around The Carefree Area

Occasionally I’ll meet folks who refer to Scottsdale as if it’s just a little hamlet – it’s actually an enormous land mass of about 184 square miles. Maricopa County is about 9,200 square miles in size and larger than seven of our country’s states! Carefree and Cave Creek are certainly much smaller towns by comparison, but one simple fact remains – real estate markets are made up of many smaller communities and neighborhoods. These present variety and each has its own unique characteristics. This diversity is something I strive to help my site visitors understand, by assisting them with meaningful information with which they can make sound decisions.
