This Carefree community has its main entrances off Tranquil Trail from the east, and is bordered by Cave Creek Road to the south.  Its neighbors include the communities of Sundial Apartments to the west and Carefree Casas to the north.  It consists of 10 single-level and 4 two-level units constructed between 1979-1997, with an average size of 1,682 sq ft.
